Andrei Kobyakov held a guest lesson
The Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov today held a guest lesson, "I'm going to work ..." for the students of Minsk State Vocational Lyceum №3, which took place at JSC "BelAZ".

Asked whether young professionals, who are now only choose a profession, will get opportunity to work at enterprises giants  after the end of the Lyceum, Andrei Kobyakov noted that the worker does not lose prestige in spite of everything. According to Andrei Kobyakov, the answer to this question was given by the general director of "BelAZ" who informed that the company receives about 130 young professionals a year, and this figure will not decrease.

The Prime Minister noted that in the global economy today there are certain difficulties, which can not affect the situation in our country. But this is the art of understanding the processes occurring in the economy - life does not stop. And now is the time to attract young staff and train them. This is a natural process of rejuvenation. The alloy of youth and experience is always giving good results, - Andrei Kobyakov said.

General Director of "BelAZ" Peter Parkhomchik said that the company currently employs about 2.5 thousand. young professionals. Due to favorable conditions, today there is no urgent need for qualified personnel. He also said that if any of the students want to work at the "BelAZ", the company is ready to provide a workplace.

During the guest lesson students not only learned how the Prime Minister of Belarus Andrei Kobyakov began his career, but were able to ask him questions, and tell about themself. In addition, the guys have passed through the enterprise, and were able to see "BelAZ" 450-ton crane, which is listed in the Guinness Book of Records.
