Belorusneft will contribute $500,000 to the authorized capital of the Service Oil company. Relevant Resolution No. 373 of the Council of Ministers of Belarus was issued on 19 April 2012.

The resolution approved the $500,000 contribution of Belorusneft into the authorized capital of the limited liability company Service Oil established by Belorusneft in Ukraine.

Belorusneft was founded in 1966 as part of Belneftekhim. The company specializes in oil and gas extraction, processing of crude hydrocarbons, oil industry services, industrial science.
