The Concept of Gross External Debt Management and the plan for its implementation was adopted by joint decision of the Council of Ministers and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

The scientific and practical conference "20 Years of the Commonwealth of Independent States” will take place at the CIS headquarters in Minsk on 28-29 September 2011. Such a decision was made in line with Resolution No. 406 of the Council of Ministers of Belarus.

On 1 March 2011 Belarus will increase the duties on oil and oil products exported from Belarus outside the Customs Union. Relevant Resolution No. 235 of the Council of Ministers of 24 February 2011 will come into effect on 1 March.
