Was born in 1962 in the village of Zavoit, Narovlyansky district, Gomel region.In 1981 he graduated from the Gomel Road Construction College, in 1986 - the Belarusian Institute of Railway Transport Engineers, in 1998 - the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
