A new base rental rate has been established in Belarus. The corresponding resolution of the Council of Ministers has been signed by Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin.
Taking into account the consumer price index for 2025 relative to 2024, the base rental rate has been set at Br20.3 starting 1 April 2026, which is Br1.26 higher than the rate in effect until 1 April 2026 (Br18.77).
The base rental rate is used to calculate rent for state-owned real estate, as well as property owned by business entities in which the state holds more than 50% of shares (stakes).
