The Government has designated the body authorized to verify the status of “Union State product”. The corresponding resolution was signed by Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin.
The document was adopted in order to implement paragraph 4 of Resolution No. 4 “On conferring the status of 'Union State products’ on goods by Belarusian and Russian manufacturers” by the Council of Ministers of the Union State dated 2 February 2026.
The resolution designates the State Committee for Standardization as the body authorized to verify the status of “Union State product” on the territory of Belarus.
The State Committee for Standardization shall verify the completeness and accuracy of the information provided by applicants (legal entities or individual entrepreneurs registered on the territory of Belarus and operating in the industrial sector) regarding the industrial products they manufacture nominated for the status of “Union State product” and inclusion in the corresponding register.
