Belarus’ Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Shuleiko has met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea to the Republic of Belarus Ji Kyong Su.

Belarus’ exports of goods and services in January-February 2026 increased by 13%, or by $0.9 billion, year-on-year.

Exports of goods amounted to $6,146.4 million, exceeding the level of January-February 2025 by 8.7%, or $0.5 billion.

A regular meeting of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission is taking place on 27 April.

The agenda includes 40 issues related to digital cooperation, trade agreements with third countries, technical and customs regulation, tariff preferences, product labeling, and others.

More than Br20 million were raised during the national subbotnik (volunteer work day), which took place on 18 April 2026.

A total of Br20.084 million was collected, up by 8.3% over April 2025 and 2.1% over October 2025.

The Belarusian Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade (MART) will allocate tariff quotas for the import of certain types of goods from Serbia and Iran into Belarus. Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin has signed the corresponding resolution.
