Personal reception of citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, their representatives, representatives of legal entities in the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus is carried out in accordance with Regulations on the procedure for personal reception of citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, their representatives, representatives of legal entities in the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 24 2001 No. 1402, according to a monthly approved schedule on Wednesdays and Fridays at the address: Minsk, Sovetskaya St., 9, room 103.
When applying for a personal appointment, you must have identification documents of the applicants, their representatives (passport, residence permit, refugee certificate), as well as documents confirming the authority of the applicants’ representatives.
Personal reception of citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, their representatives, representatives of legal entities in the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus is carried out by officials on issues within their competence.
The distribution of responsibilities between the Deputy Prime Ministers of the Republic of Belarus was approved by Order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus dated February 18, 2021 No. 33r.
The organization of personal reception of citizens at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus is provided by the department for working with appeals from citizens and legal entities of the Main Directorate for State Bodies Affairs of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus(Minsk, Sovetskaya St., 9, rooms 103, 105, 107 , tel.: 222 65 09, 222 63 69). Employees of this department carry out personal reception of citizensdaily (except Saturdays and Sundays) from 8.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00.
